the hyatt regency has a fantastic location, close to the national institutes of health. i loved using their 24-hour fitness center and indoor pool. the staff was amazing, especially phillip, who really helped with our needs. also, having starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch!

The location is outstanding for accessing the DC area. My family appreciated the spacious Queen room with two queen beds, which made our stay comfortable.

The hotel offers a great location and spacious, comfortable rooms. However, accessing the garage is inconvenient, as you have to walk outside and navigate stairs to get to the lobby. Additionally, I faced issues with parking validation on checkout. Overall, it's a decent place with some room for improvement.
